Our founder built our team and product to solve challenges that have persisted since she started her journey to become an educator over two decades ago.

We’ve looked at educator shortages and retention problems from every perspective and through every lens as federal, state, district and charter leaders, as experienced educators, policymakers, technologists, and parents. While we know that technology can’t solve everything, we do know that educators and those who support the profession deserve modern technology to make becoming and serving as educators more clear and simple.
